Natália told us that Suprema faced problems with hour meter control. This is something that can happen when the controls are done manually because if any data is entered erroneously and is not checked, it can bring several problems to maintenance management. Proper control is a very important step for maintenance to be performed at the correct time and also helps to increase the equipment’s lifespan.

Another challenge cited by her is the issue of preventive maintenance, which often led to many delays precisely because of the lack of more assertive control. The processes took longer.

Before, we had a recurring problem concerning the launch of an hour meter, and today, with Engeman®, we have already managed to solve it. When a launch is irregular, the software itself signals it” says Natália.

The manager enters into the software all the necessary characteristics for maintenance controls, and, as it is fed with information, he warns when to perform the interventions. Evolving is part of the plans of any successful manager. With this thought in mind, we asked Natália what the next goals are in her maintenance management and how she sees that Engeman® can help Suprema.

We intend to control the compartment of the equipment, and Engeman® already has this functionality through the visualization module. We were able to control tires, compartments, engines, and transmissions, so it is something that we are already mapping out for the next steps“, says Natália.
